Naimz.com is a catalogue of domain names offered for sale. Transactions are not carried out on this site: they take place on third-party marketplaces, primarily Sedo and Afternic. There is no account creation, no payment, and no order form on Naimz.com. The only form on the site is the contact form described in section 5.
This site sets no cookies. It uses no advertising network, no social media widget, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. This applies to every page, including the contact page: the anti-spam protection we use was chosen precisely because it stores nothing on your device. This is why no consent banner is displayed.
When you use the contact form we collect the first name, the last name or nickname, and the email address you enter, together with the content of your message. We also record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and — only if you tick the corresponding box and your browser grants permission — approximate coordinates rounded to about one kilometre, plus your time zone. The location is entirely optional and the form works exactly the same without it.
This data is used to answer you, to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated abuse, and to keep an ordered record of correspondence about the domains offered for sale. Your address is confirmed by a verification link: the message is only delivered once you click it.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse. Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, so that a conversation about a domain can be picked up again. The IP address attached to a message is deleted after 90 days. Unconfirmed submissions are discarded automatically after 24 hours.
Messages are stored on the hosting server and forwarded to contact@naimz.com. They are not shared with anyone else, and they are never used for prospecting or newsletters.
A second, server-side counter records page visits directly on the server.
This counter stores the visited page, the date and time, the visitor's IP address, the approximate location derived from it, and the referring URL.
This information is used solely to understand which pages attract interest, and is deleted after 3 months.
The contact page is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile sets no cookie and creates no persistent identifier. To tell human visitors from automated scripts, it analyses browser and device signals along with your interaction with the page, and processes your IP address for that single purpose. The result is used only to accept or reject the submission, never for advertising or profiling. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to this processing: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Visits are measured using Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-oriented tool that sets no cookie and creates no persistent identifier. It records aggregated information only: page visited, referring website, country, browser type, and page loading performance. This data cannot be used to identify you, and it is not combined with any other source.

The audience measurement described above rests on our legitimate interest in understanding which pages of the catalogue attract interest, in order to maintain and improve the site. No profiling and no automated decision-making is carried out.
As with any website, the hosting provider records technical connection logs, which may include IP addresses. These logs are kept for security and troubleshooting purposes under the hosting provider's own retention policy.
No personal data is sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes. The only recipients are the service providers described above, acting on our behalf.
The coordinates you choose to share are converted into a place name through the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service, which receives those coordinates for that single purpose.
Links to Sedo, Afternic, and other external websites are provided for purchasing purposes. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies. We have no control over their practices and recommend reading their own policies.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data relating to you, object to processing, or request restriction. Write to mail@scvf.com.
